Home for Sunday Roast — Original Kiwi Art Print

All aboard! Sunday roast waits for no one!

There's nothing quite like a good old-fashioned Kiwi family outing — especially when getting home in time for Sunday dinner becomes an adventure of its own!

Home for Sunday Roast captures a hilarious moment in rural New Zealand life, as a wonderfully overcrowded vintage truck barrels along a dusty country road, packed to the rafters with an enthusiastic collection of passengers.

With hair flying, arms waving, children clinging on and even the family dog joining the excitement, this colourful illustration is bursting with personality and good old-fashioned Kiwi humour.

A little country church in the background adds another nostalgic touch, reminding us of simpler times when Sunday drives, family gatherings and a hearty roast dinner were part of the weekly routine.

Lovingly illustrated in coloured pencil by New Zealand artist Zilly, every character has a story to tell, and there's always another amusing detail waiting to be discovered.

Perfect for:

• Lovers of classic Kiwi humour and nostalgia

• Families who remember the traditional Sunday roast

• Vintage vehicle and motoring enthusiasts

• Anyone who appreciates quirky New Zealand artwork

• A cheerful gift for family, friends or collectors of original Kiwi art
